What exactly are the Rog Labs?
Imagine a district where machines hum instead of people. These are the Labs — your creative corner in the very heart of Ljubljana.
On more than 8,500 m² of the former bicycle factory, we have created one of the largest creative hubs in the region. This is not a space for watching from afar, but for hands-on work — here people cut, sew, print, and make. Beginners picking up a saw for the first time are welcome, as well as professional makers who need serious equipment for their projects.
What can you actually do in the Rog Labs?
Boredom is impossible at Center Rog! Each lab houses its own equipment and machines, allowing you to bring your ideas to life — from 3D printing and laser cutting to sewing, welding, sawing, and throwing clay. Below, check out an overview of all the labs and their equipment so you can quickly find where to start your project.
Tvoj prvi korak do kateregakoli laba:
1. Članstvo:
Tako kot knjižnice ali športni klubi, tudi mi delujemo po sistemu članstva. To je prvi pogoj za uporabo labov. Članstvo je celoletno in stane 15 EUR – to je tvoja vstopnica v svet ustvarjanja!
2. Usposabljanje:
Nihče se ni rodil z vsem znanjem, zato se je najprej treba naučiti, kako varno rokovati z našimi stroji in orodji. Tudi če imaš doma delavnico, je velika verjetnost, da naših strojev nimaš – zato se želimo spoznati in te naučiti, kako jih pravilno uporabljati.
3. Uporabniški paket:
To je predzadnji korak do ustvarjanja. Na voljo so različni paketi – Hitri prsti, mesečni paket in celoletni paket. Ti ti omogočajo dostop do izbranega laba, kjer te čaka mentor_ica za vprašanja, pripravljeni stroji in osnovni potrebni potrošni materiali. Več o paketih in kaj vsebujejo lahko preveriš tukaj.
4. Rezerviraj si termin:
Zadnji korak je rezervacija prostega termina. Ko imaš:
- poravnano članstvo,
- opravljen trening,
- izbran uporabniški paket,
… lahko dostopaš do koledarja prostih terminov in izbereš svojega. S člansko kartico lahko v času rezervacije vstopiš v lab in začneš ustvarjati!
